We have a Syno Server NAS in our home where we share photos and all sorts of crap.
On windows it was easy to connect to. Connect to drive -> //Synoserver
And I was in.
On my Leopard (10.5.8) on the other hand, it's a bit tricky. I've been reading a little several places on the web, and I believe it has something to do with SMB.
I tried going to me network settings -> Options and enabling smb and ftp sharing.
Then I go into finder, Go -> Connect to Server, and type: smb://Synoserver and get "Connection Failed"
So can someone tell me what I' doing wrong here and how to connect to my NAS properly?
