Free/Busy not working in Entourage 2004

Our two Mac users (running Mac OS 10.4.11) with Office for Mac 2004 with all latest updates can't see others schedules when creating an invite in Entourage, there is no problem when I log in as them in Outlook. We have W2K3 SP2 with Exchange 2003. So there is a problem with the Free/Busy thing

Any idea? This is a pretty urgent case
