Hi I am running osx 10.7.4. I would like advice on a good flash video converter/ recorder. I have a friend who has used a website for conversion and they send you a file. I could go that route or just get clean and reliable software. and help is appreciated

specifically(sp?) I want to download/convert the nbc videos from their olympic coverage so I can run in slowmotion for training. I tried stream clip and could not make it work maybe I did it wrong thanx for suggestions.
