Does anyone know if it is AT all possible to replace a Mid 2014 MacBook Pro Retina Screen with an Early 2013 MacBook Pro Retina Screen? I noticed the camera cable connecters were different sizes, now I am looking into disassembling the cracked Mid 2014 LCD Panel to replace the wiring? Anyone have any suggestions or know if it's possible? Would the screen work installed without the camera connector? Any help or resources would be greatly appreciated.

Moved to the right forum.

Usually parts from the different years aren't interchangeable. Why not just get the proper screen for the 2014 MBP if you are going to fix it?

No, you can't use an early 2013 screen on a mid 2014 MBP. For your Mid 2014, you need a "Late 2013" through "mid 2014" MacBook Pros.
The connections are different. Mid 2012 through early 2013 screens have different connection lengths and it simply won't work.
