Many thanks for the link.
This iPhone does not state which generation (just "Model iPhone SE") so I suppose it's First Generation. This would rule out the dual SIM. Pity!
Everymac says the iPhone SE is MLLX2LL/A* and iPhone SE 2 is MX9T2B/A* and iPhone SE 3 is MMX63LL/A*, none of which match the MXD222B/A you've provided, so not sure what specific iPhone SE you have.
What's even more curious is that Everymac has no model of iPhone with that value..
Regarding the possible use of Dual SIM in iPhone.
Just looked again at the iPhone. In 'General', I see:
Software - 12.5.7 (Goes this is as far as I can get with this iPhone?)
Model Name - iPhone 5s
Model Number - ME432F/A
Sorry if this got garbled the first time.

OK, thank you for that accurate info. The iPhone SE is a totally different line than the normal iPhones of which you have the 5th generation model. You are 5-6 generations removed from being able to use dual-sim since the 5S came out in 2013.
Specs and features for the iPhone 5s (UK/Europe/Middle East/A1457) 16, 32, 64 GB (A1457). Dates sold, capacity, battery life, networks, size, price and more.

A lot of people like the smaller size of the older generation iPhones and thus the SE line was created to be smaller and not have all the fancy stuff that the newer iPhones carry.
So if you were to upgrade to an iPhone SE 3, you can do the things like dual-sim.
