Something stuck in your menu that was removed from Applications? Try rebuilding the System User Interface plist file. That controls some menu functions. The exact file is com.apple.systemui.plist

Wait, that doesn't look right. I'll check on my Mac when I get the chance.

It's com.apple.systemuiserver.plist

Now that I see the URL that Van posted in the past, I remember that one. Stupid Samsung tools. I agree that most should not even bother installing them in OSX.
