hm, weird cuz i got the latest version of iStat and i dont got that skin... -.-"

It's not the different versions... it's the settings... You can change the colors on the back side of the Widget... Click the "i" on the Widget and adjust the settings as desired.

The silver iStat is an older version of iStat, the blue one is a current skin.

They are both older versions. The blue one is the version before the current one and the silver one is the version before that.

This is a great idea but if people could list at least the names of the widgets they have, so people who see something they like can find, them it would be even better.

need help with widget...

ok i downloaded the airport radar. and i installed it to my widget folder and it tells me i still ned to put it in the widget folder... any ideas..... oh im new to the mac world...

When I install widgets I just click download on the apple site, let it download and click Install when the window comes up. Then your dashboard should open and the widget should appear with a keep and delete button. Hit keep and your widget should be up and running.

That is weird. Im guessing you tried deleteing it from the widget folder and out of dashboard and reinstalling.
