Connect Android Device to Airport Express

I don't understand the question. If you mean to ask whether you can connect an Android (or any other computing device capable of receiving Wi-Fi) to an Airport-created network, the answer is "wi-fi is wi-fi" and there is nothing special to do. Chances are you've connected that tablet to many Airport Expresses previously, as a LOT of public hotspots use Airport Extremes or Airport Expresses.
If you're asking if your Samsung tablet is *capable* of joining a Wi-Fi network it would surprise me if it wasn't Wi-Fi capable, but I suppose such things could exist if they are cheap POS enough.

As chas_m has stated, WiFi is WiFi. If your Samsung Tablet has WiFi, then yes you can connect. And no, an app is not required unless there is something special about your Samsung tablet that would require it.

Thanks for replies. My Samsung is connecting to my wi fi hub but I cant access the Airport Express to stream through speakers.

Ha, now that is an entirely different question.
I believe the answer is that the airport express, being made by Apple, is looking for airplay. And of course, your Samsung tablet doesn't have it. That's not to say that there isn't some third-party program out there that could make that streaming work. I just don't know of one.
