My wireless just broke down.
And I was going to use an Ethernet cable to connect my PC (connect to internet) to my Laptop. But every time I connect the cable it says "you might not be able to connect to the internet or some network resources. This is because the computer did not assign a network address to the computer." Even when I click repair and it says it's refreshing my I.P. address it says that failed. Please help me I've done everything I know how to. By the way this is a PC (Dell) to a MacBook.
Help!
