Cleanmymac X....effective, safe?

Hi All,

I received extremely useful responses to my last (first) thread, so am energised to indulge myself in a second bash; in hope of triggering further sage words from you guys who actually know what you are talking about.

May I enquire as to your perspectives on whether 'Cleanmymac X' is safe to download/use and whether it is effective/worthwhile?

The only "cleaning and MX" app we recommend is OnyX. Which by the way is free.
