Hi Guys,

Apologies if I've come to the wrong channel.

Basically, I'm trying to change the default Windows PC icon in CoreTypes.bundle:

However, I cannot seem to get the command in Terminal right. Does anyone know what is wrong with the command below? Under diskutil, the data drive is known as Macintosh HD - Data whilst the system drive is RYLAND.

Any suggestions / advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

P/S: I'm not very familiar with Terminal commands.

Which version of macOS are you running? Versions of macOS from Catalina on lock the system to where it can not be altered.

I am running Catalina on my MacBook Pro.

So you're saying that from macOS Catalina onwards, no customisation of system icons is possible? Is that right, @chscag ?
