Can you tell us a bit about why you want to change Apple IDs? Depending upon what you're trying to do, changing IDs might not be the best solution.

I have other email addresses and I want to use one of those (with new password) as my Apple ID. I think my present email address has been hacked.

Your email being hacked has nothing to do with your Apple ID.
