Can't Repair Disc Permissions

well I tried using a few different disk names, but I think I'll just get Diskwarrior, it's worth it for the files I have on my "A" HD.

Way... way too many specs to list.
It's the 'Disk Identifier' in Disk Utility, Information pane (opt/right click on the disk and click on Information)

You see this one says disk0s2, so it would be /dev/disk0s2

In the end I think diskwarrior might be a better option.
