Not enough information. The simple answer is yes, but what is it that you wish to transfer as there are several different ways to transfer data from an iOS device to a Mac or PC.

Just attach your iPad to your Mac with its USB cable and either your Photo program or Image Capture program (whichever is the default) should open and offer to import the photos. You can then import them to your Photo library on the Mac or anywhere else you desire.

That should have been obvious, but for some reason I had a block on it.
