Calling all SUPERGEEKS! I need help with SSH log-in from PC to Mac

Default post for SSH on Mac is 22 as far as I know.

Try:

ssh myusername@externalip:22

Again, you're not in front of you mac so I am not sure if this would help. You would need to have that port forwarded to you Mac.

Tried it got "Network error, connection refused."

I left my Mac on, with the system never going tosleep, but I'm downloading some Torrents so who knows what may have happened. I think I'll leave this till I get back home. Thanks for all you help and I'll finish this thread once I know what's up so it's complete.
