There is no freeware that I'm aware of to create DVDs. You can use iMovie and iDVD.

Just found a freeware program 'Burn' that burns DVDs.

I believe it can also convert files to mpg.

Just incase anyone else needs something to burn with.

The only way I know would be VisualHub but it's not free. Why would you want to convert to a .wmv if you're on a mac?

Because i wanted to send the file to my xbox360.

But i found a way to do it, no conversion to wmv needed.
