Best music downloading program?

Only sites that I use for bittorrent's are

http://bt.etree.org/
http://thetradersden.org/
and http://web1.nugs.net/stash.asp has some shows

sharingthegroove.org used to be the best of all of them but they shut down

All of these sites have live recordings of bands that allow taping and trading of the music (meaning all of this downloading is legal). I don't know of BT sites that have copywritten materials.

I have a huge list that I use, my favorite is torrentspy.com, they have everything, music, movies, apps, etc.

After using poisoned, aquisition and limewire, I have been using xfactor now for the last 8-9 months, there have been a few bugs with the programme, but the dev is actively working on it again and the lastest update just rocks.

there is nothing wrong with limewire, it is safe, does not contain malicious code or spyware. The only thing wrong with it is that it is illegal.

When the users fail to show self constraint in the use of a program, what steps can be done to either ensure that illegal activities are not promoted or reform the laws involved?

torrentspy as an example has predominantly torrents to files that are not legal to make copies of in the United States. Torrents and P2P have many uses that are legal and illegal. Some posts on this thread stongly suggest the latter use.
