battery vs batterypack

have 2016 iphone se and need to change battery ...however being in india ( not an apple phone enclave ) options are limited and what is available is suspect and thinking of using an additional battery pack but can only find one that fits a 2020 se, given that the phone hasnt changed much since 2016 would anyone know will this work, its called a RUNSY battery case ,
