I'm a nursing student ...

The things that I love that I used to have time for:

-cars. My z34 Monte Carlo and dad's '79 chevy truck. Both of which are now back home, and I have a brand new SUV that I'm not even allowed to change my own oil on.

-horses. I've been riding about as long as I've been walking. I've had an amazing, wonderful, perfect horse since I was 8, and he's at home because he's had eye surgery. Thankfully, I got to bring my young'un down to college with me. I'm in the process of training him. He's fun when he's not putting me in the hospital.

- sports. Soccer scholarship. Powerlifting. 'Nuff said.

-the outdoors: running, camping, hiking, canoing, etc. I'm from the Pacific Northwest, you're blind if you don't love to be outside there. There's not much to do outside here in OK.

Things I have time for now:

-Studying
-Labs
-Writing papers
-Getting trashed with my fellow nursing students, while working on a "group project"
-Trying not to gain the "freshman 15" - I run once a month? lift every other week or three?

Putting babies on spikes? No, that's dreadful...

Erm.... I dance, kayak, go to concerts for obscure bands, play the accordion (poorly, very poorly), read, and somehow find myself constantly redecorating/remodeling my home, despite monetary setbacks. It's doing things on a budget, while still doing them right, that makes it interesting.
