My second monitor was working and now it isn't. When I click System Prefs, then displays, the "arrangement" tab doesn't appear as it's supposed to. AND my second monitor indicates "No Signal". Everything appears to be hooked up correctly. Help!

What Mac? How are you connecting to the second display? Disconnect and reconnect the cable. Until the monitor doesn't say "No Signal" you can't do anything on the Mac. Fix that first.

I have seen a similar issue on my 2017 MBP using 4k LG monitors. Sometimes when plugging in they are not recognized and arrangement is not visible. I have to reboot to get it all working again.
