That company provides a range of monitoring services for a number of companies. According to this article, Apple says they do not use the video monitoring service. Another article I read on Ars Technica says Uber does. It sounds like the company that provides this service has some people working for them that are not complying with the rules for Apple's employees, or possibly these Apple employees have side gigs with Uber and the video monitoring is being done on Uber's request.
