Apple on Thursday released its official application for the annual Worldwide Developers Conference, a free tool that allows attendees to view schedules, make reservations and read the latest news.
Handy dandy, but looks like it's mainly for those who are registered to attend WWDC. What would be cool is ability to view the keynote live (or even slightly delayed) on iOS devices. And maybe a cool Mac OSX version via Mac App Store too. Oh well...
I know I was able to stream the "Back to the Mac" event on my iPod touch through the Safari web browser while walking from my music class to my dorms last fall. (Gotta love campus wide wifi).
I loved how the iOS crowd got the preferential treatment last time with being able to watch the keynote before everyone else. It's nice have a good uninterrupted stream.
