Apple Open Firmware Password Utility???

Where is it, or where can I find it?

Quoted from MACWORLD July 2004,

"While pass-word protected accounts are a good idea, a thief could easily bypass the protection by starting up with a CD-ROM.

To prevent this, the user should invoke Apple's Open Firmware Password Utility.
This will require a password for starting up the computer when holding down the option, C, or T keys, keeping all but the most dedicated hacker from breaking into your computer..."

Where can I get this Apple Open Firmware Password Utility? Or where can I download it?

Thanks, I want a little more security.

Well here is a site to have a look at. But seeing as this is only an issue for someone with bad intent accessing your computer while you're not around, how do you protect it from being removed altogether?

I would want to more or less frustrate the cheap person who stole it if it ever happened.

The thief might just give up and break the computer.

Either way I lose all of my information on my computer. But I would get a new computer after I filed a claim with my insurance agency.
