Every time your system crashed (kernel panic) the same kext (kernel extension) was loading:
That's the only clue I see. Solving kernel panics sometimes takes a lot of detective work and the process of elimination.

last unloaded kext at 60550600320349: com.parallels.filesystems.prlufs 2010.12.28 (addr 0x9e412000, size 86016)
