Your Mac's Specs
2017 27" iMac, 10.5" iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, Numerous iPods, Monterey
Every time your system crashed (kernel panic) the same kext (kernel extension) was loading:

last loaded kext at 95296660353380: com.parallels.filesystems.prlufs 2010.12.28 (addr 0x9ea11000, size 86016)
last unloaded kext at 60550600320349: com.parallels.filesystems.prlufs 2010.12.28 (addr 0x9e412000, size 86016)

That's the only clue I see. Solving kernel panics sometimes takes a lot of detective work and the process of elimination.
