I am looking for a file system supported both in mac os 10.6 and Linux, something capable of holding files larger than 4 GB and read-write able in both Linux and Mac OSX.
According to the Wikipedia article, Linux can support a non-journaled HFS filesystem. I can't verify that though as I haven't tried it. There is always NTFS as well.
