Hello

Today I got round to dealing with the flashing amber light on my AEBS and updated the firmware.

All seems to have gone well and it is now running 7.7.9 - the latest version.

Problem is, when the update finished, Airport Utility displayed an error message (-16) and said "there was a problem updating to the latest firmware".

Anyone else experienced this?

As I said, it's displaying the latest firmware when I check and my network is working just fine. Need I be worried? Is it about to go BANG?!?!

Thanks, Nick

I did the update without any issues. You might want to hard power cycle it to see if it reports any issues in Airport Utility.
