Adapter advice needed for Apple monitor to MacBookPro 2016

I have an old 2008 Apple Cinema Display 27 inch monitor connected to my MacBook Pro 2008. I have just upgraded to a Macbook Pro 2016 with USB C ports. Are there any adapters that will work with my old monitor and new computer and, if so, can someone advise which one? Thanks!

And while I'm at it. . . .I could also buy a new monitor but wonder if there are any with built-in cameras like the old Apple Cinema Display that aren't too costly (under $500)? I use the monitor mostly for editing photos.

Here's the info I could come up with. A MacWorld article on the subject...and an Amazon.com link that seems to sell what you want. Doesn't seem like too many folks are making these yet. Maybe there's a technical glitch to making them...or maybe other folks are just slow to release them:

As far as the camera question. If the adapter works...don't need a new monitor.
