I have a 2009 MacBook Pro. It started not holding a charge very well. So I bought a new battery and it seemed to be better for awhile. Then it started not holding the charge again, until finally it would take a charge at all. So I bought a new charger. Still won't take a charge. Any ideas how to resolve or should I give up and just get a new(er) one? Thx

Genuine Apple battery? Some knockoffs are pretty poor quality.
