We all have personal webpages, I think it would be handy to just list them all into one thread.

Link your webpage up, tell us all something about it, and feel free to tell us you changed something. We all will be happy to tell you our opinions.

Right? :D

(this is the place for shameless self promotion!)

I own a family of sites at the following URL's however, they are integrated together to make updating easier.

\We are completing an update that would allow SmartPhone users with camera phones to send photo's from their phone to a personal gallery on my sites. Read more here (outdated link removed)

Enjoy and let me know what you think!

it's a pretty standard design. Php big thumbs up there.

Honestly the only thing i'd look into playing with is the header. I dig the logo, but the header is fairly empty. I include the top navigation as well. I'd look into just getting abit more color into there, to make it less neutral.

That's something that could be done by a good graphic designer in no time. Not like having to completely redesign things.

Def on the right track

These are neat sites! What is the best app for this? I am gonna make a site for my dad soon

Dreamweaver, baby. Or notepad if you're a coder and I'm not. I like to see things when I set it up.

Dziner: thanks. :p I'm still working on a new design. But I think I'll throw myself into it after I grab my new iBook. ;)

TylerMoney: don't you have anything profitable to put up?
i mean why waste money on a .com domain and host to make a site just to amuse people for 5mins? I'm just curious man i don't mean to criticize. I mean it isn't a site about something you love is it? do you really have a lot to say? you only got pictures or the story.

I'm working on (outdated link removed)
but I'm going to change the new window system and add a nav bar instead..
any comments would be grateful.

Thanks. That original finder page is sweet to see! I think the Apple stores should show classic Macs to show its roots :)

Amusing people is very profitable to many people, if not more than on a personal level...and that's all good n fine...however....that's not me. I don't pay anything for my site to be hosted, and I paid only $8.95 for a year for the domain name (and that was about a yr and a half ago...so I bought it for another year..what's 18 dollars for two years of amusement?). You can't be that....my friends own a web design company, and give me webspace for free...this first website was to practice html and css....and to work with the programs my friends use.....so, if I was having to pay more money, or a monthly bill to host the plaster-squirrel site, I wouldn't do it....but I don't...so I do....it was originally more for my friends and I, but the whole world should know about it.

and of course I love the squirrel..it's a vital part of my life....it's also the first website I ever did...and it was all code...no nerdy dreamweaver or photoshop...I knew nothing of dreamweaver at the time (could have done photoshop)....I also knew next to nothing about html or anything to do with building a website straight from code. So, there isn't really much I could do with design at the time....and there isn't really a whole lot to say about the squirrel, other than what you can see for yourself, and the story...which I must admit is a bit hard to read....I'll try and work on the format sometime, so it's easier on the eyes...

besides...I'll have a "worthwhile," and better designed site, up and running in about a month...I'm working on it right now....and this time I'm using things, I as a graphic design student, find an easier time working with....hope this explains more of my reasoning, and will let you enjoy the squirrel more now.

and just to milk it...: (outdated link removed)

ive thought about bringing my fat mac (512k) to the store i work at and setting it up.. the only problem is i dont want people messing with it. i might set it up in the display case if i can convince my boss to let me.

Yeah. I see. The squirrel thing. I met one in Jacksonville, the South side, near the Avenues Mall - that Mall had an arcade called the Dream Machine
