Can not log in to Wordpress

I received a message when I tried to log in to Wordpress and I could not log in. Your are the only site I trust for information
So I would appreciate your help.
Whatever this is it said it I moved I would be blocked out. Please advise. Barb

Is this your own standalone instance of Wordpress or a site off of Wordpress.com? Either way, what was the EXACT message you got when you tried to log in? If the password was incorrect, you can try recovering it..

Barb, you didn't indicate whether or not you're hosting Wordpress. If you do, and not using someone else's Wordpress, your server could have a corrupted then you need to replace it with a new one. Before you go that route, delete your cookies, cache and disable plugins and if you use Themes, disable them. If someone else's site, can you get to the "Forgot Password" link?

For a while I also couldn't get into my Wordpress sites. I cleared all my history/cache and started from scratch searching for them on google.
