Zoiper 5 on Catalina OS

Hi,

I have downloaded Zoiper5. Install easy. But microphone input wont work on headset or on Macbook Air.

it is possibly because on initial installation I was asked to give permission for Zoiper to use my internal mic on Macbook and refused.

But now, even after uninstall and reinstall my computer seems to 'remember' this preference.

How could I completely/cleanly deinstall Zoiper?

Where did you get it from? Do they have uninstall instructions there?

Or...you could go to System Preferences->Security & Privacy. Click on the Privacy tab and scroll down to Microphone on the left. You will see a list of apps that have requested access and those that were granted (with the check next to them). If you see Zoiper in the list without the check, unlock with the padlock below, then check the box next to Zoiper, re-lock and launch the app.
