For anyone looking for a cheaper alternative than Adobe's Illustrator app could take a look at new-kid-on-the-block ZeusDraw.
I haven't tried it myself but my guess is that it surely must lag behind Illustrator in terms of features but Illustrator has been in development for ever with all that implies i.e. more features, costs more, bloatware, etc.
Give it a look and let us know how ZeusDraw performs, etc. It would be greatly appreciated.
