This is speech and music. I don't have this problem when I watch a video on Facebook or when I listen to music via the Music app.  I am using the built-in speakers on my iMac 24 M1, OS Sequoia 15.3.1. It's been like this for quite a long time but I'm not sure when it deteriorated. Busy life so continued to put the problem on the back burner but now decided to try to find out what the problem is.
