Yosemite - Change Yellow in Notes App

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to change the ugly yellow color on left side of the Notes app in Yosemite?

There's no "yellow color" on the left side of my Notes app in Yosemite. The sidebar that lists the various notes is white. Are you perhaps referring to the translucent "folder view"?
