Yosemite About Downloads.pdf missing

For what? What is it you want to know? Any of them you find with google will be the same - There has been essentially no change in that file since Snow Leopard.
Don't think it is missing - I don't even think that file has been incl'd with the OS since 10.7 Lion since that's the last one on any of my Macs here.

Don't think you need directions to use the Downloads folder.

It didn't even pertain to the downloads folder.
That particular document is/was about how to use the new feature (at the time) of 'Stacks' in the dock.
Don't ask me why Apple felt that was the best place/name for that doc...
There are plenty of tutorials on how to use stacks that can be found via any browser search engine, for example - link.
With Lion it was also in the Documents folder and was called 'About Stacks'.
I've not seen that file on clean installs in 10.9 nor 10.10 - forget whether 10.8 still had it or not.

I dont need directions on using the stacks or the downloads folder. Its just that I loved having that file in the downloads folder. The icon in the dock would then change to the icon of the pdf and I preferred that to an empty folder icon. I think I have seen a yosemite specific About Downloads pdf in one of the betas previously. Anybody still have one of those ?
