I'm looking for a core 2 duo Mackbook, I can get a brand new one from the bookstore at my school for 1,199, or a refurb one from the apple website for slightly less than that with a one year warranty. So anyone who is willing to part with their baby for less than that, shoot me a pm or email me @ [email protected]

I have 100% positive limited (only 2 transactions) ebay rating under likesnowtoys

and I have 100% positive heatware under rumplestiltskin

I also have a 12" Powerbook g4 1.5ghz with 768mb of ram
it's in great shape and works perfectly, no dead pixles.
some slight cosmetic scratches on the top, no dents
I have all the original packaging and a impact foam case.

willing to trade the Powerbook and some cash for Macbook in good shape.

Thanks for looking

no need to rebump a thread that as most moves down 10 spots, twice a day.

your right... however, I hate it when people leave a thread in for sale/trade forums, and don't check it... I guess I'm just letting people know that I'm always checking... but for your sake... I'll only bump it up once a day...

I get 3.5-4 hours at full screen brightness, and about 6 when it's all the way down (which is where I keep it normally, unless I'm outside in really bright sun.)

And I haven't ever noticed any heat problems. I usually use it on my lap at school, and it gets warm, but not hot by any means. My mom and dad both have Dell Inspirons and it gets at least twice as warm as mine, if that is any reference.
