my gf's 1.42 mac mini is chugging along and she needs some more ram. ive checked crucial and they have some great deals... 512 for $43, 1 gig for $83.

just curious if anyone might have some ram laying around theyd like to sell a little cheaper than this. i havent taken apart the mini, so how many ram slots do these have? thanks.

also, im looking for some parts for my brother G3 500 mhz 12 inch ibook. parts i need are:

-battery
-ram (maybe)
-airport card
-hard drive (its got a 10gig now, so bigger)

G4 Minis have one slot for RAM and use Desktop RAM.

I have a 1GB stick on its way to me for me 1.42GHz G4 Mini. So i'll have no use for the stock 512MB stick. Though I take it you don't need another 512MB stick if you're looking to upgrade it.
