After 5 months waiting for the purchase of my 1st house to complete it has completely fallen through! :bandage: I've given up on the idea of a mortgage & decided to rent. I'm now in the process of being credit checked & referenced......can every1 pls keep their fingers crossed (& anything else!) for me. My luck always seems to be bad so pls wish me some good!!
