He goes thru a bunch of contortions to dial up and connect to his ISP and THEN starts either Safari or Apple Mail to do his thing... what I need is a method by which he can just click Safari or Mail or some link and automatically perform the dialup procedures with the end result of being connected to the Internet or Mail server. My initial thought was a 'Apple Script', (which by the way I can't write) or possibly an 'Automator' work flow thingy...
