Hi,

I've downloaded he Media Player 9 (.bin) file from Apple website but when I try to open it, Quick Time initialises and a message appears saying "Could not open video". Checked the file properties and for some reason OSX thinks it's an MPEG. Also downloaded same file from Microsoft website and various other sources and predictably they all have the same result.

Does anybody have any ideas? Any advice on this would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Dave :)

My first piece of advice would be to get rid of WMP and download flip4mac.
