Windows from existing PC-Mac

I have a laptop I bought with Windows 8.1 on it. Can I copy that OS onto a flash drive and use it to install on my Mac(OS X 10.10.2) with Bootcamp? What about the FD formating and will I need a serial? Thanks for help here.

No. You will need either a full install MS boxed or MS download copy of Windows 8.1. You can not use a pre-installed version of Windows with Boot Camp.
