Window doesn't show all of content!

Some windows do not show the full content of the site. For example, in some programs, the sub window doesn't show the word content intended but there is a large space that is not used. Moving the window, full screen or otherwise, the sub window stays the same! What am I doing?

Can you take a screenshot of this (Command-Shift-3) and post it here?

Window content

Thans...after months of punching buttons, etc...I went to the toolbar where the font letters (a's). Changing the font size enabled the proper page content to occur! Thanks for the offer of help!,
