Will this 2012 Launched Apple Mac Mini function the LG 34UC98-W 34" Curved Ultrawide?

The refresh rate on many flat panel displays is 60Hz. I find that display refresh rates below 60Hz start to appear "blinky/winky/choppy" (you can see the display refresh with the naked eye). The link mentions a 50HZ refresh rate. A refresh rate of 50Hz would probably be noticable.
