just updated my iPod. first i had a 10gig for windows and it was the old version, but as the new one has just come out ive ordered it with my new powerbook, got the 15gig model, dont really need the 30gig model, it weighs more and is thicker anyway.
I got a 10 gb PC version when it came out as i didnt have my powerbook and i completely forgot there was different models but it didnt matter. I plugged my pc ipod into my powerbook and it worked like it was the apple model. but boy those 2nd generation ipods are beautiful but ill stick with my 10 gb. its all filled but im outta cash from getting this powerbook
I had a 2nd gen 20 GB Ipod that I got with my powermac last June but upgraded to the new 30 GB model as soon as I got my Best Buy card. hehe (A Best Buy card is a very dangerous thing for me to have. )
I still have about 10 GB left to put songs on it. I like the style alot but had to get used to not switching songs or adjusting volume accidentally carrying it in my pocket. Yes, I know that is what the hold button is for. *S*
Anyway, I have been an Apple user since I got bored with my pc last June and it now sits in the other room, while I devote most of my time to my Dual 1ghz Powermac....I love this machine
