Which Back-Up & Sync Program Works The Best?

Hey everyone

This has probably been asked before, but this is my situation.

I have two imacs. One is a my office desktop imac and the other is my laptop imac.

I wan to:

- Be able to sync my laptop over the wireless network to my office imac when Im in the office.

- Have my office desktop imac do an off site back up nightly through the internet to a third party server.

What do you suggest that runs seamlessly?
