Where is edit Profile

Edit profile has disappeared. An administrator seems to have put my Mac specs in Signature where I have been able to update them but I can't update them in Profile.

Click on your name on the top bar right next to Search, the envelope icon and bell icon. Then click Account Details or other sections.

Like this - Click on your name (IWT in my case).

Now click on Account details:
