Where do I go to find out about a virus or Malware I got earlier tonight. As soon as I hit Safari this page advising me to call the number for help on cleaning Mac problem. It loads the site computerhelpandscan.com. It will not let me access anything else. I don’t know where to look for help.

There isn't any Virus for Mac's in the Wild.
As to no able to access anything, you need to close down safari, and restart your Mac. Then don't go to any dodgy sites, that will load that sort of crap on there.
Don't put in your Admin Password either, for anything your not sure why. DONT download "MacKeeper" under ANY circumstances, as this is a known crapware, bloatware App and does nothing to help your cause.

What to do with Safari

I picked up something..Webroot didn’t catch. I can not access the web. It goes straight to a site that says “you have a problem call us for help in getting off your Mac. I don’t know where go for help.

Tattooed Mac, I have Webroot running in the background. I did as you suggested, when it popped up. I then ran a complete Webroot scan, it didn’t pick it up. When I open up Safari, it goes straight to that site. I have no options.

You need to shut down Safari, then turn off your WiFi or Ethernet access to the internet. Once you're off the net, start Safari, and then reset it. That should clear your history, cache, and bookmark cache. Turn on WiFi and start Safari. Then search out AdBlock Plus for Safari and install it.
