when to telephone apple support

i have called in the past but was given initial advice to follow and a number to call back to the same person but for five hours the number was constantly busy.When is a good time of day with the least wait times.

This website is not associated with Apple or Apple Support. The last time I called Apple Support I think I had to leave a message for the person who was helping me and she eventually called me back. With a busy signal I don't know what to tell you but to keep trying.
