Is the new true video iPod due out in Q4 or first quarter of 2007?

If anyone has any knowledge about Apple's current plans and wants to share it would be greatly appreciated.

Well, some people said it was coming soon, maybe even next quarter, but recently there have been rumors of it being delayed for a while longer
