256 ram, 6 gig hd. keyboard, mouse.

OS 10.2.8. Jaguar I believe.

is it worth... $40?

runs fine, sitting in closet collecting dust. the little plastic stand under it is partially broke.

$40 is probably fair.. You'll probably want to sell it locally if your selling because shipping on that thing is going to make the machine cost quite a bit more then $40.
